A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, June 20, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Jude Parish, St. Vincent Catholic Church, corner of Oregon St. and W. South Park Av. A time of visitation will be held on Sunday, June 19th from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. in the Poklasny Funeral Home, 870 W. South Park Ave and also at the church on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass. A memorial fund will be established.
