Sister, you are and will always be an inspiration to those who had the pleasure of knowing you. Everyone loved you and appreciated your fortitude in carrying out the mission God sent you on to help others. Although you were a small person you were a giant in changing the paths of so many people in a positive way. Your strength, fortitude, love, understanding and compassion set an example to those around you every day of your life.
I first met you when volunteering to help the Samaritan Inn. Later you asked me to join the Board of Directors and I was hooked, I could never say no to you. You had such a sweet and kind manner in dealing with people and spreading the message of God’s love as one of His followers it was easy to follow you. I often describe you to others as the “Mother Theresa of Sussex County”. God so blessed us to have you in our community. Although you will be greatly missed by everyone, I know you are at peace and have entered into God’s Heavenly Kingdom.
Please know how much you are loved by everyone associated with the Samaritan Inn today and always. We will continue to carry out your vision and mission of helping the Homeless in Sussex County.
Thank you Sister!
