Margaret Kalmerton's Obituary
Margaret Ann "Meg" Kalmerton, age 65, of Oshkosh, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Wednesday morning, January 21, 2009 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born on August 14, 1943 in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin a daughter of the late Thomas Michael and Adelaide Amelia (Schumacher) Rodden. She married Elwin L. "Sandy" Kalmerton on March 16, 1963 in Fond du Lac. Meg was a LPN and had worked for and retired from Mercy Medical Center.
Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Elwin "Sandy" Kalmerton of Oshkosh; a son, Mark Kalmerton of Oshkosh; two daughters, Lori (Carlos) Gomes and Jana (Alberto Andrade) Kalmerton, both of Arizona; a brother, Tom (Diane) Rodden of Iowa; three sisters, Joan (William) Lemke, Mary Sheridan and Patricia Pothas all of Fond du Lac; two grandchildren, Shaun and Kevin Kalmerton. She is further survived by a brother-in-law, Donald Munson of Fond du Lac; a sister-in-law, Alice Daggett, a brother-in-law, Lowell (Iva) Kalmerton, a sister-in-law, Mary (Frank) Sheppard and a sister-in-law, Donna Rehfildt. She was preceded in death by a brother, Edward Rodden; a sister, Janet Munson; a brother-in-law, Robert Sheridan; a sister-in-law, Elanor German; brother-in-laws, Irv Daggett, Herv Rehfildt and George Pothas.
