Marian H Caron's Obituary
Marian H. Caron, age 95, of Oshkosh, passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2015. She was born on January 18, 1920 in Shakopee, MN a daughter of the late John and Anna (Angelsburg) Heinen. She married Euclid D. Caron on November 21, 1953 in Shakopee, MN. He preceded her in death on December 30, 2010. Marian was a business and math teacher and taught high school. She also taught at Lourdes and Fox Valley. She was a member of St. Jude Parish, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, was part of the Senior Tour Committee, AARP Sr. Tax Program and was a 4-H Leader.
She is survived by a son, Major U.S. Air Force Retired Gerard (Marie) Caron of Riverview, Florida; two daughters, Therese (Patrick) Rudolph, Jeanette Strunk, both of Oshkosh; three grandsons, James, David and Eric Rudolph. She is further survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded also by a sister and brother-in-law, Janet (Robert) Strunk; a son-in-law, Stephen Strunk.
Funeral services for Marian will be held on Friday, November 13, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the Poklasny Funeral Home, 870 W. South Park Ave. with the Rev. Matt Simonar officiating. A time of visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service. A memorial fund will be established.
