Marilee "Mary" Jordens' Obituary
Marilee “Mary" Jordens was unexpectedly called to her heavenly home by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Sunday December 5th 2021. She was born in Milwaukee on August 28, 1971. Mary is survived by one daughter; Cassidy (Cory) Anderson, of Kaukauna, parents; Thomas (Carolann) Jordens, Neosho, WI, four brothers; John (Cheryl) Jordens, Stevens Point, Tom Jordens, Rhinelander, Bill (Lisa) Reid, Wauwatosa, Roger (Chris Charneske) Reid, North Prairie WI, one sister; Lindy (Kurt) Hannes, AZ, and one grandson; Weston Anderson. Mary is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was the loving sister to John (Cheryl) Jordens, Stevens Point, Tom Jordens Rhinelander, Mary was married to Eric Apps in 1995. In 1997 Mary gave birth to a beautiful daughter, Cassidy Anderson. Mary was the most loving, devoted, and very proud mother of her daughter Cassidy. Mother and daughter, along with being best friends for life; Cassidy meant the world to her. Mary was well known for expressing her love with this phrase, "I love you to the moon and back." Mary's proudest and most enduring event in her lifetime was to celebrate the unification and marriage between Cassidy and her amazing, caring, and loving husband and Mary's son-in-law, Cory Anderson. Mary worked most of her career in the CNA field. She was truly dedicated and committed to providing the best possible quality care. Mary was an essential and exceptional caregiver who took a genuine interest in the patients she cared for. In Mary's pastime, she really enjoyed the Harry Potter books and movies. Mary loved animals and she absolutely adored her cats as well. Her cats always held a special place in her heart. Mary also cherished her many shopping excursions with Cassidy. Mary will always be remembered and treasured by her family and friends as being a truly giving, carring, self-less, beautiful, and loving person.
She was preceded in death by her mother; Dorothy Moffat.
Funeral services for Mary will be held in Poklasny Funeral Home (870 W South Park Ave. Oshkosh) on Friday December 10, at 4:30 PM. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 3:00 PM until the hour of services.
In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established.
