Condolences to all Mark's brothers and sister who I grew up with, watching Packer games in Oshkosh, roasted corn picnics, Bay Beach gatherings. I didn't know Mark well in his adult life but remember him fondly from childhood. Cousin Barb Gilligan
Mark had such a giving spirit. I remember a time he and Mary graciously hosted breakfast and a tour of Georgia as we travelled through. He had such immense intellect and interest in learning about everything he could. He shared so much with us that day. I have never forgotten his kindness. My condolences to Mary, his family and friends as I know he will greatly missed.
I'll never forget Mark as the rabble-rouser, trouble-maker and main Imp of the household when I was a kid. Always up to something and always with a wry smile.
To the family of Mark Pfeiffer I wish to extend my deepest sympathies for your loss of a father/brother/cousin and friend. If I were to give a tribute to Mark, I would reach back in the annals of time to the years he came to his Uncle Phil and Aunt Helen’s dairy farm located in Waupaca. All of us (his cousins) on the farm in Waupaca had a close friendship and grew to love and enjoy his company when he came up from Oshkosh for summer vacations. He was a witty, never shying from a good debate, in essence a very enjoyable cousin to work and have fun with. He enjoyed lots of hard work that he was not afraid of joining in on while on the dairy farm. We always appreciated that because it was one less thing we had to do. We remember the hay bailing, the barn cleaning, the milking of the cows, the repairing of the farm equipment and the hard farm work he did not shy away from. He had a particular enjoyment coming with his brother Don Pfeiffer. They had lots of stories to tell and always a few good practical jokes. We will greatly miss Mark and pray that the Lord will comfort his family through this difficult time of loss.
Love from Tom, Cheryl Morey & family
