Mary Anna Stich's Obituary
Mary Anna Stich, formerly of Brookfield, Wisconsin, was welcomed into the Lord’s loving arms and reunited in heaven with her loving husband John on November 2, 2020, at the age of 93. Mary was born on August 4, 1927 in Menomonee Falls, WI to John and Anna Okruhlica. She married John Anthony Stich in August 27, 1949 at St. Dominic Catholic Parish in Brookfield, WI, and settled in Elm Grove, WI where their ten children were born and raised. Fueled by her great passion for fine antiques, Mary was an avid antiques collector and proprietor for over 50 years, and widely respected as an expert antiques historian. Mary was predeceased in death by her dearest husband John of 26 years; her son Joseph G. Stich; and her daughter-in-law Noreen Stich. Mary is survived by her children and their families: Michael Stich and his children Brandon and Brittany; John Stich and his son Nicholas; Steven (Charlotte) Stich and their children Steven John (Dayna) Stich, Thomas (Sarah) Helmuth and Kelley Stich; William Stich and his daughter Shannon; Mary (William) Corroo and their children Angelina (Paul Grob) and Jessica; Cynthia Wilson and her children Matthew (Gwen) Stich and Whitney (Kevin) Nikitczuk; Joyce Stich and her children Savanah and Isabel; Mark Stich and his children Sophie and Maggie; Thomas Stich and his children Cory, Hailey and Kayla; Teresa (Michael) Pappas and their son Miles; and James Stich. Also lovingly survived by ten great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews, and friends.
A graveside ceremony will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Visitation Cemetery located at 13205 Watertown Plank Road in Elm Grove, WI.
