Michael Anthony Beier's Obituary
Michael A. Beier, age 61, of Oshkosh passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh. Michael was born in Oshkosh on September 28, 1956 the son of Eugene and Iola (Smith) Beier. Mike married Kathryn Helmuth on March 7, 1981. He was a faithful member of St. Jude Parish (Sacred Heart Church).
Mike is survived by his wife, Kathryn Beier of Oshkosh. One son, Michael (fiancée Michelle Stepanski) Beier of Oshkosh and one daughter, Jacki (Justin) Averkamp of Oshkosh. One grandson, Lucas Averkamp and his step mother, Jo Ann Beier. Mike's siblings, Louise Beier, Margaret Beier, Keith Beier, Paul Beier, Dean Beier, Marie (Dana) Robinson, Anthony (Nancy) Beier, John Beier and Renee (Dave Esser) Morris.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Rita Beier, Priscilla Beier and James Beier.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 12 noon at St. Jude Parish (Sacred Heart Church on the corner of 6th & Knapp). Father Matt Simonar will be the celebrant. Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday from 10 am until the time of Mass. Private committal services will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.
