There was nothing that could keep Mike down. Even when his back gave out, he would get an adjustment from his chiropractor and be ready to go out dancing. I enjoyed listening to his wonderful stories and will remember him for his zeal toward life. Prayers for his family and friends.
Mike was a valuable member of the Warbirds Gift Shop crew for the last 11 years. Always ready with a story, a smile, and a helping hand. His trunk had the most amazing collection of things to contribute to the store operations. We will miss him dearly.
Please accept our condolences. Mike was a dear friend that I had the honor to volunteer with during the setup week for AirVenture for the last few years. I will miss him dearly, but I will also cherish the memories.
Mike was a great EAA volunteer for many years. We'd often cross paths in the museum where he'd be fixing or dusting or moving something to make the display better. We'll certainly miss him.
I am so sad to hear of Mike's passing, boy he sure is going to leave a big hole in our Warbird family. I very much enjoyed working with him at our merchandise store, we just worked together on September 25th. We will miss you Mike.....
