Myron A. Gonia's Obituary
Myron Gonia, 68, of 145 B Cimarron Ct, died on July 8, 2022 at Crossroads Assisted Living in Fond Du Lac.
He was born on April 13, 1954, in Oshkosh, WI, a son of Erwin and Lorraine Gonia. Myron proudly served 17 years in the United States Marine Corps. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Myron is survived by his sisters; Barb Everling, Laura Moxon, Patty Smith and Teresa Tomaschefski. He is also survived by his brothers; Ronnie and Gary Gonia and Michael Moxon. Myron has one daughter; Melissa Gatpayat, living in The Philippians.
Myron was preceded in death by his parents; Erwin and Lorraine Gonia, brothers; Stephen and Richard and his wife; Kinoko.
Visitation: The family will greet friends and relatives on Saturday. July 16, 2022 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at Fiss & Bills-Poklasny Funeral Home, 865 S. Westhaven Dr., Oshkosh.
Service: A memorial service will follow at 11:00 am with his Brother-In-Law, William Everling officiating.
Following the service there will be a graveside service with Military Honors at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Oshkosh.
