Norma J. Henningsen's Obituary
Norma J. Henningsen, age 89, of Oshkosh, passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at the Bethel Home. She was born on September 8, 1925 in Kansas City, Kansas a daughter of the late Leo and Tola Suiter. She was married to Raymond Henningsen and he preceded her in death. She had worked for Osco Drug, YMCA, Hoffmaster’s, The Gray Fox and the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She greatly enjoyed reading and watching television. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia (Thomas) Coates of Oshkosh; other relatives and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; a sister, Letadean Hickson and a brother-in-law, Bruce Hickson. Funeral services for Norma will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. in St. Andrew’s Ev. Lutheran Church, 1100 E. Murdock Avenue in Oshkosh. The Reverend Karen Jewel will officiate. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. in the Fiss & Bills-Poklasny Funeral Home, 865 S Westhaven Dr. and also at the church on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
