Paula Binner
Dear Branigan family,
I am with you in grieving the loss of precious Patricia Branigan. Yet also, in the celebration of her big beautiful, meaningful and festive life.
She made a huge impact in my life. I called her “Mom B” because she was a second mom to me. She truly helped shape the person that I am today since I met her in fifth grade - when the family moved to Fairview St.
I was fortunate to meet Mary and have a new best friend. Then I met Mom B and I wanted to hang out with her!
She always had unconditional love for me. She helped build my self-esteem and believed in me. She was so very good to me. She changed my world.
She was so gracious and had all kinds of people over for Christmas, wanting to ensure that anyone that crossed her path had a home full of cheer to go to for the holiday.
Acts of service was the way she rolled. Helping out others in any capacity that she could. People were important to her, and she advocated fiercely for those with special needs.
I was fortunate to keep in touch with her when visiting Oshkosh, and through letter writing and phone calls. She was a treasure with a great sense of humor and praying for all.
She was always in my life in someway. As I know that she will remain, just in a different form.
Thank you Branigans for sharing your mom with us all! I am forever grateful for the life of Pat, Mom B. ❤️
