Patricia A. Paulik's Obituary
Patricia Ann Paulik, 90, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 26, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born to the late Floyd and Esther Lesa on July 14, 1935, in Calumet, Michigan, Patricia developed a true grit and strength in life as she moved with her parents and two sisters through her childhood from the Midwest to the west coast and back.
Married 70 beautiful years to her husband, Gerald (Jerry), they raised seven children. She loved nothing more than spending time with family, especially when immersed in nature and adventure, or family produced music. As a fun grandmother, Patricia also took great interest and pleasure in providing new and amusing experiences for her grand- and great-grandchildren.
Over the years, Patricia found joy in her artistic talents, creating a multitude of impressive paintings and quilts to be treasured. Art shows displaying many of her crafted items were a common weekend activity. An earthy, sometimes western sense, with an appeal for native history, often flowed throughout her pieces and style.
This down-to-earth woman of great character, quiet wisdom, and good humor will be remembered warmly by her survivors: Husband Jerry; children Raymond, Maureen (Dave), Jim, Joe (Jana), Lori (Steve), Steve (Sue), Patrick (Chris), her brother Mark Suda (Julie), and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will take place at the St. Vincent Church site of St. Jude Parish, 1225 Oregon St., Oshkosh on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 11:00 am, with a luncheon to follow. Visitation will be held at 10:00 am until the time of service. All are welcome to join us for a celebration for Patricia’s life at Bottoms Up bar in Oshkosh from 1:00 -5:00 pm following the luncheon. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to a Pro Life Charity.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to her hospice team from Preceptor and the staff at the American Grand Assisted Living Suites in Neenah for their compassionate care.
