Patricia A. Wilson's Obituary
Patricia (Pat) Ann Wilson, age 89, passed away Monday, May 23, 2022 at home with her family by her side. Pat was born January 28, 1933, the daughter of Edward and Emma Howard. She was united in marriage to Paul J. Wilson on March 17, 1956 in Jump River, WI.
Pat graduated from High School in 1951 and then Nursing School, both in Marshfield, WI. She enjoyed bowling, golfing and camping and worldwide traveling. Her other interests included canning, painting, sewing and was an avid collector of Angels, Cardinals and Butterflies. For many years Pat was a very loyal volunteer for the Salvation Army.
Pat’s memory will be cherished by her four children; Howard (Laurie Plante) Wilson of Hudson; Gary (Rita) Wilson; Steven Wilson and Dawn (Larry Teuteberg) Wilson of Oshkosh. She is further survived by her four grandchildren; Andrew Wilson, Jonathan (Britani) Wilson of Oshkosh, WI, Brionna (AJ) Gee of Champagne, IL and Jaicie Wilson of Mt. Zion IL.
Pat was preceded in death by her husband Paul on May 25, 2008 after 52 years of marriage. Also her parents; Ed and Emma Howard and her sister; Dolores Winzenried. Pat also missed her very best friend Helen Lord Burr.
Funeral services for Pat will be held on Friday May 27, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Poklasny Funeral Home, 870 W. South Park Ave in Oshkosh. Burial will follow at Ellenwood Cemetery. A time of visitation and support will be held for the Wilson Family at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the time of service. In lieu of floral expressions, a memorial in her name may be made to the Oshkosh Area Humane Society.
