Rachel Therese Zowin's Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rachel Therese Zowin,31, Oshkosh,Wisconsin, due to sudden heart failure on October 20, 2025. She danced through this short life with the kindest of hearts and a gentle, beautiful soul, leaving a little sparkle and a trail of glitter wherever she would go.
Her memory will be held close by those she leaves behind:
Parents: Father, David Zowin,Waupaca, WI, Mother & Stepfather Michele and John Spanbauer, Oshkosh, WI; brother, Alex Zowin, Waupaca, WI; stepbrother, Dan (Jenny) Spanbauer, stepsister, Becky (Kyle) Quedrow, Oshkosh,WI; grandparents Rosemary and Larry Felice, Wisconsin Rapids, WI; Jean Zowin, Forest Lake, MN; aunts, uncles, cousins, and nephew Aidan Jahns. She is preceded in death by her grandfather Gerald Zowin. May she finally know the peace that’s so eluded her in this life. In lieu of flowers memorials in Rachel‘s memory may be directed to the Saint Francis Free Clinic at Fr. Carrs at 1062 N. Koeller Street Oshkosh, WI 54902.
A private memorial service will be held at a future date. All arrangements were handled by Fiss Bills Poklasny Funeral Home Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
