Sandi, Deb and the entire Hammes family, we celebrate with you the life of Dr. Richard,
and rejoice with you that he has ended his suffering and gone to his eternal rest in his permanent home. We look forward to seeing him and you after the great resurrection of all people when our Lord Jesus Christ comes again. The message of Easter of our Lord rising from the dead is powerful and builds our hope for that resurrection.
We appreciate all that Dr. Richard did for us in our sojourn together. We fondly remember Working together with him in Stephen Ministry at Zion Church. He was an inspiration as a companion in the faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. That carries us through the troubled times in life.
May you consider Dr. Richard as God's gift to you and live with the hope of being with him again after the Great Resurrection. That is our hope.
We live in Deerfield, Il. near our daughter and are doing reasonably well for 92 and 90.
