Robert "Bob" Bauernfeind's Obituary
Robert "Bob" Bauernfeind, 87 of Oshkosh died Saturday, September 21, 2013 in Bethel home. He was born, April 21, 1926 in Oshkosh the son of Adolph and Ida Koop Bauernfeind. On September 20, 1953 he married Marlene Priebe in Oshkosh. Bob was employed by the Morgan Door Co. for over 30 years, was a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ and served his Country in the U.S. Army during WWII. He is survived by his daughter, Nancy (Jim) Bishop of West Allis, two sons, Mark (Mary) of Neenah and Kevin Bauernfeind of Appleton and two grandchildren Ashley and Mark. He is further survived by his brothers, Orin (Dorothy) Bauernfeind . Bob was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, his brothers, Louie, Gilbert and Lawrence and his sister, Iva Eaton. Funeral service for Bob will be Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 6pm in Emmanuel United Church of Christ, 1306 Michigan St; the Rev Andi Wolf officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park. Family and friends may call at the Church, Tuesday from 4pm until the time of services. A special thank you to all the staff at Bethel Home.
