Russell M. Monroe's Obituary
Russell M. Monroe age 90 of Oshkosh died Tuesday November 8, 2016.
He is survived by his daughter Merry (Thomas) Pupeter and his son, Rob (Claudia) Monroe all of Oshkosh.
There will be no formal funeral services.
