Russell B. Vanderford's Obituary
Russell B. Vanderford passed away peacefully into His presence after battling several illness on July 21, 2009 in Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh. He was formerly of Elgin, IL, and was born on August 9, 1945. He was the son of Austin and Dorothy (Speckmann) Vanderford. He married Carol North Breedlove on April 7, 1973. He became the wonderful father to three children: Rick Beedlove, Lisa Howard and Janet Fisher all of Fond du Lac, WI. Russell is also survived by his loving wife: Carol and his mother: Dorothy. Russell is also survived by two sisters and a brother: Connie (Edward) Poole of Murphy, NC; JoAnn (Ron) McCulla of Tempe AZ, Kenneth (Martha) Vanderford of Wiggins, MS. He was a wonderful grandfather to Robert ((Erin) Fisher, David Fisher, Cameron Beedlove, Stefany Jo Howard, Jenifer Lee Howard, Duncan Beedlove and Michael (Fisher) Wheatley. Russell was preceded in death by his father, Austin, an infant brother: Dale and his in-laws: Hershel and Mary (Billie) North. The family has arranged for a celebration of Russ's life to be held at the Redgranite Civic Center, 202 Pine River Street in Redgranite on Saturday, July 25, 2009. The family will greet guests between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. A short service will ge given at 11 a.m., by Rev. Don Buege. Lunch will follow the service.
