Ruth Ann Holland's Obituary
Ruth Ann Holland, age 78, of Oshkosh passed away on Tuesday morning April 24, 2012 at her residence in Oshkosh. She was born in Madison, WI on December 31, 1933 the daughter of Jack and Pearl (Grube) Gebert. She married Don Holland at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Appleton, WI on November 19, 1955. She was a faithful member of Most Blessed Sacrament Parish, Legion of Mary, Christian Mothers, Third Order of St. Francis, Latin Mass Association and the Institute of Christ the King. Ruth Ann is survived by her husband Don of Oshkosh. Four sons: Fr. Michel Holland of Fort Wayne, IN, Mark (Lori) Holland of Oshkosh, John (Jyll) Holland of Oshkosh and Tom (Annika) Holland of Oshkosh. Two daughters: Mary (Larry) Adler of Winston-Salem, NC and Cathy (Dennis) Kallin of Oshkosh. One sister: Donna (Jerry) Hildebrandt of Hartford, WI. Sisters-in-law: Janice Holland of Oshkosh and Joan Gebert of Phoenix, AZ. Special friend Geri Hansen of New Berlin, WI, fourteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, one grandson: Christopher, two brothers: Joseph and Richard. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday April 27, 2012 at 11am at Most Blessed Sacrament Parish(St. Mary's Church @ 442 Monroe Street. Oshkosh, WI 54901) Father James Jugenheimer will be the celebrant. Visitation will be held on Friday at the church from 9am until the time of Mass. Private committal services will be held at Calvary Catholic Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established in Ruth Ann's name. Ruth Ann's family would like to thank the special caregivers that made her last day's more comfortable.
