Scott Goerlitz's Obituary
Scott M Goerlitz passed away on Sunday December 7th, 2014. Scott was born in Oshkosh, Wisconsin on October 24th, 1969 the son of Cheryl L Peppler and the late Michael J Goerlitz. Scott is survived by his daughter Claire M Goerlitz of Canton MI, mother Cheryl, grandmother Audrey Peppler of Oshkosh, sisters, Tami (Luis) Ojeda of Brandenton, FL, Heather (Joe) Kotloski of Oshkosh, special Aunt and cousin Sandy and Corey (Cindy) Folske of Oshkosh. He is further survived by numerous Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, Nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. Preceding Scott in death are his father Michael, grandfather Marvin R Peppler, grandparents Clarence (Mike) and Bernice Goerlitz, and Uncle Kenneth Folske. A memorial service will be held on Sunday December 21st at 5:30pm at Emmanuel United church of Christ (1306 Michigan St) with Pastor Andi Wolf officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00pm to the service. Scott's family would like to thank staff at Mercy Medical Center ICU and PCU2 for their comfort and care. A very special thank you to Dr Jeffery Andreini for all the care and support he gave to Scott. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
