Scott Noe's Obituary
1974 - 2026.
The family of Scott Noe, 51 of Oshkosh, is saddened to announce his passing on Friday, July 3rd, 2026, following a brief illness. He was born to James and Judith (Reischl) Noe on November 5th, 1974, in Oshkosh. While growing up in Oshkosh, Scott attended Emeline Cook Elementary School, Webster Stanley Middle School and Oshkosh North High School where he played Baseball. He graduated high school in 1992 and went on to play baseball at Carthage College. Scott owned and operated Rasmussen’s Heating and Cooling for the last 25 years. He enjoyed spending time with friends, watching sports (especially the Brewers), hunting and fishing and shooting off fireworks on the 4th of July, which was his favorite holiday. Scott is survived by his children, Morgan and Ethan; grandchildren, Myles and Selah; one brother Brian (Paula); nephews, Alexander, Nathaniel and Matthew; and many good friends. He was preceded in death by his parents James and Judy Noe. A private family memorial service will be held; anyone wishing to share their own memories of Scott with the family is encouraged to do so. The family wishes to thank the caring staff of Compassus Hospice for the excellent care provided to Scott in his final days.
