Scott N. Salzsieder's Obituary
Scott Norbert Salzsieder, age 57, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family on Tuesday, July 25th after a brief battle with cancer.
Scott was born May 26th, 1966, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin to his parents Norbert and Mary Ellen Salzsieder. As a young man Scott worked with his father at the family gas stations. He then went on to become an accomplished metal fabricator. Outside of work, Scott enjoyed an active lifestyle, bicycling, shooting pool and listening to music. Scott was also passionate about watching sports, especially his beloved Packers and Brewers. He enjoyed sharing his hobbies and passions with his family and friends.
Surviving Scott is his mother Mary Ellen, five siblings, Mike, Susie (Rick Leib), Jack (Robin), Kate (John Wendrick) and Sam. His son Luke, his daughter Allison and many nieces and nephews.
Scott was preceded in death by his father Norbert and his niece Emily.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 3rd, from 9:00am to 11:00am at St. Raphael’s church (830 S Westhaven Dr) followed by mass at 11:00am.
