Shelly Perzentka's Obituary
Shelly Perzentka, age 48, passed away early Saturday, January 24, 2026 at home in Oshkosh. She was born on April 2, 1977 in Oshkosh to Bruce Perzentka and the late Mary Jane “Bubsy” (Piller) Perzentka. She attended grade school at Oaklawn, and Merrill elementary/Middle school and high school at Oshkosh North graduating with the class of 1995. Growing up she had a love for soccer and played OYSC from 8 until high school. She was also an avid bowler starting at the Rec lanes junior program, through college, and was still active at Revs Thursday nights. Deep in Faith she was a lifelong member of St. Jude Parish (Sacred Heart Catholic Church). She graduated with highest honors and lettered in academics and Soccer. Continuing her education at UW-Oshkosh she earned her Bachelors degree in Marketing and finance graduating in 1999. She worked at EAA, 4-Imprint, and Block Iron in different capacities. Shelly was an avid crafter making amazing scrapbooks, cards and other collectables for loved ones. Her love of dogs was second to none and she could always be found befriending a nearby dog, lending a helping hand or even considering a new addition to her family. She loved family and rarely missed any chance to get together with aunts, uncles, cousins along with her brother’s family. Her niece and nephew, Addison and Grahm, were dearly important to her and she went out of her way to be involved in their lives in all aspects. They held a very special place in her heart and she loved spending time with them, never missing a chance to spoil them with love and treats.
Shelly is survived by her father Bruce Perzentka, brother; Brian (Jenny) Perzentka, niece and nephew; Addison and Grahm, and her three godchildren William, Addison, and Lillian.
