Sylvia Raddatz's Obituary
Sylvia L. Raddatz, age 90, of Oshkosh passed away on Monday afternoon August 18, 2014 at Park View Health Center. She was born in Marshfield, WI on May 10, 1924 the daughter of Edward and Dolly (Schigley) Schmidt. Sylvia married Robert G. Raddatz in Oshkosh on April 27, 1946. Over the years Sylvia took in and cared for many stray cats. She was a faithful member of St. Jude Parish (Sacred Heart Church). She is survived by her children; Sandra (Thomas) Jury of Glasgow, KY; Renee Kumbier Krause(Dave) of Oshkosh; Melanie (Thomas) Smith of Springfield, OR; Robert Raddatz,Jr and Randal Raddatz both of Oshkosh; son-in-law Jerry Falk; eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert, two sons Charles and Michael Raddatz, one daughter Kathleen Falk and one brother Lawrence Schmidt. Private family committal services will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.
