Terry A. Clemenson's Obituary
Terry A. Clemenson, age 77, passed away on March 9, 2026, after a battle with cancer. He was born on August 14, 1948 to Alerd and Mae (Anderson) Clemenson. Terry graduated from North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, North Dakota. Terry retired in 2012 after 44 years as a Plant Superintendent with the Bemis Corporation. Terry enjoyed canoeing on Lake Winnebago and especially so in the BWCWA Boundary Waters Canoe Wilderness Area, backpacking in Glacier National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Badlands North and South Unit, Isle Royale National Park, he climbed Mout Rainier, and enjoyed many other back country hikes. He also greatly enjoyed and favorite past time attending races at Road America in Elkhart Lake along with playing the Native American Flute, and was an avid reader, and a lover of cigars and bourbon.
Terry is survived by and his memory will be cherished by his wife, Mickie (Bonlander); brothers, Steve and Joey Clemenson and Jeff and Vicki Clemenson; a stepson, Eric McIntosh. He is further survived by various nieces, hephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by is parents and numerous other relatives.
A celebration of life will be held for Terry on April 8, 2026 at La Sure's Hall, 3125 South Washburn Street in Oshkosh from 10 am until 11:30 am and a service at 11:45 am, followed by lunch at the hall.
