Therese Hanan's Obituary
Therese A. Hanan, age 71, of Oshkosh, passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born on July 14, 1940 in Waukegan, IL a daughter of the late John and Stella (Palbickie) Bieda. She married Thomas D. Hanan on October 28, 1961 in Waukegan, IL. She was a loving, devoted wife and mother. She enjoyed playing bingo with her friends and writing editorials to the Northwestern Newspaper.
Her memory will be cherished by her husband, Thomas D. Hanan of Oshkosh; a daughter, Carol (Randy Alvarado) Danner; three sons, Thomas (Chris) Hanan, David Hanan and Robert Hanan all of Oshkosh; her siblings, John (Mary) Bieda of St. Charles, MO, Stanley (Peggy) Bieda of Plymouth, WI, Margie McKeown of E. Strougburg, PA, Mary McMananan of Waukegan, IL, Helen Patenaude of Oconto, WI, Edwin Bieda of Waukegan, IL and Ken (Sharon) Bieda of Gainesville, FL. She is further survived by seven grandchildren, Hailey, Hunter, Hayden Hanan, Sam Hanan, T.J. and Eric Danner, Shane Alvarado; a great-grandchild, Alexander Danner; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends and her cat Muffin.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Therese on Monday, March 12, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. in St. Raphael Catholic Church, 830 S. Westhaven Drive in Oshkosh. The Rev. Fr. Luke Ferris will celebrate. A time of visitation will be held at the church on Monday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of Mass. Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park Cemetery.
