Thomas E. Conley's Obituary
Thomas E. Conley, age 91 of Oshkosh passed away on April 22, 2016 at Evergreen Retirement Community. He was born in Milwaukee on July 30, 1924 the son of William and Margaret (Canavan) Conley. He served his Country in the U.S. Army during WWII. He graduated from Marquette University. He married Mary L. Burns at St. Sebastian Catholic Church in Milwaukee on May 5, 1956. He was employed as an accountant for many years at Allis Chambers in West Allis then at UWO for many years. In 2011 he was on the Old Glory Honor Flight. Tom enjoyed stamp collecting, gardening, playing cards and bowling. Tom is survived by his wife; Mary Conley of Oshkosh. One son; William (Cynthia) Conley of Appleton. One daughter; Moira Conley of Glendale, WI. Grandchildren; Allison (Rick) Cavaiani, Andrew and Aimee Conley. One great grandson; Carter Cavaiani. He was preceded in death by his parents. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 11 am at St. Raphael's Catholic Church in Oshkosh. Father Doug LeCaptain will be the celebrant. Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday from 9 am until the time of Mass. Committal services will be held at Lake View Cemetery.
