Thomas Richard Howe Sr. age 79, passed away on December 6, 2023.Tom was born on September 29 1944. Son of George and Genevieve Howe. On June 8, 1968 he married Donna Quint. Tom is survived by his daughters Paula Howe, Brenda Howe, Tina (Dave) Cooper. His grandchildren Scott Howe, Kristi (Justin) Root, Tristan Howe, Alaysia Lien. Great grandchildren Eleanor, Brooklyn & Michael. He is preceded in death by wife Donna, son Thomas Jr. and his parents. Visitation Monday, December 18, 2023 from 11 am to 1 pm, prayer service at 1 pm at Lake View Memorial Park 2786 Algoma Blvd. Oshkosh.
