Viola DeLap's Obituary
Viola E. DeLap, age 94, of Oshkosh passed away on Friday afternoon September 13, 2013 at Theda Clark Medical Center. She was born in Oshkosh on January 30, 1919 the daughter of Jay and Alma (Turner) Roberts. She was married to Horace DeLap. Viola's passion was crocheting in which she won numerous blue ribbons. She is survived by three daughters: Patricia Hansen of Oshkosh; Barbara (Jon) Coles of Oshkosh and Elaena (Jerry) Losselyoung of Menasha. One son: Stephen DeLap of Oshkosh. Two sisters: Donna Vetrone of Redgranite and Arlene (Jim) Anderson of Neenah. Four grandchildren: Lori; Jason; Michael and Joanna. Three great grandchildren: Michael; Declan and Quintin. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Horace; one sister Dorothy Heise and one brother Don Roberts. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday September 17, 2013 at 11am at Lake View Memorial Park in Oshkosh.
