Virginia J. "Ginny" Cloughley's Obituary
Virginia J. "Ginny" Cloughley, age 91, of Oshkosh, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2013. She was born on May 16, 1922 in Redgranite, WI a daughter of the late Charles and Cecilia (Nigbor) Fox. She married Herbert Stanley Cloughley and he preceded her in death in 1983. Ginny was an avid bridge player, loved playing bingo and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by and her memory will be cherished by a daughter, Shirley (John) Noe of Oshkosh; a brother, Pete Fox of Milwaukee; two sisters, Mary Ulezelski of Redgranite and Annette Pica. She is further survived by five grandchildren, John-Paul Noe, Brandon Noe and special friend, Anna Barker, Ryan Noe, Ashley (Matt) Hoff and Cathy Ritzel; four great-grandchildren, Brayden and Kinley Noe, Mason and Samantha Hoff; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Gerald and numerous brothers and sisters.
Funeral services for Virginia will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at 12 noon in the Fiss & Bills-Poklasny Funeral Home, 865 S. Westhaven Dr. in Oshkosh with the Rev. Fr. Matt Simonar officiating. A time of visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. A memorial fund will be established.
