Wanda L. Samples' Obituary
Wanda L. Samples age 71 passed away on Monday Aug. 19th, 2024, at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh. She was born May 5th, 1953, in Alabama to the late Frank and Lorice Vest.
She was in a long-time relationship to Harold Leitz. She worked for the Oshkosh Northwestern for over 20 years. Wanda's pleasures were chatting with friends, shopping, shoes, crafts, collecting anything watermelon and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her sons; Joe (Sierra) Edlund, Kelly Samples Stepdaughters; Angie and Megan Leitz. Grandchildren; Kole Paltzer, Soleil Edlund, Louis Delise III, Alyssa Zimmerman, Briar Diener, Aubrey McCarthy, Nick and Laine Samples, Jakobe, Jordyn, Dominic, Emma, Jadia, Kaya, brothers; Mike Vest and Paul Vest.
Wanda was predeceased in death by her mom, dad, sister, and brother Frank Vest.
We will be having a Celebration of life for Wanda in the near future.
