William Haidlinger's Obituary
William George Haidlinger, age 84 of Oshkosh, died Friday April 26, 2013 at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh. He was born in Oshkosh on August 29, 1928 the son of the late Frank and Marie Nigl Haidlinger. William served his country in the U S Army during the Korean War. He married Jean Krause in Oshkosh on August 16, 1958. She preceded him in death. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a degree in teaching. He was employed by Neenah High School for eight years, and still was in contact with several of his past students, ten years with American Can, in research and development, and also taught a pulp and paper course at Fox Valley Technical Collage for fourteen years. He was a member of the V.F. W., The American Legion, and was a lifelong member of St. Vincent Catholic Church.
William is survived by many relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by one brother Frank Haidlinger
A graveside service with military honors will be held on Monday April 29, at 11:00AM in Riverside Cemetery with the Rev. William Van DeKreeke officiating
