William Ruedinger, Sr.
FOND DU LAC- William (Bill) A. Ruedinger, Sr., 86, of Fond du Lac, died on December 18, 2022. He was born on March 25, 1936, in Van Dyne, the son of the late Arloa (Apker) and Edmund Ruedinger.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Bernice (Bea) (Thill); children, William Jr. (Tammy), Sarasota, FL; Tim (Nancy), Oshkosh; Cindy (Tom) Baker, Jean (Tim) Mowbray, Joan (Steve) Jaeger, and Jeff (Liz) all of Fond du Lac; grandchildren Jessie, Joe, Laura, Sara, Lisa, Brian, Daniel, Sean, Michael, Megan, Nicole, and Sabrina; and many great grandchildren. Bill is further survived by one sister, Mona White, Little Suamico, and one brother, Douglas (Shirley), South Carolina.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Harold, Paul, Donald, and Gordon; and sisters Carol Gilsdorf and Arloa Steinike. Per Bill's wishes, no service will be held. Fiss and Bills-Polasny Funeral Homes, Oshkosh, is assisting the family.
The family would like to thank the staff at Lake View Place and SSM Health Hospice who gave Bill such compassionate care.
