Larry was a really great person.. I have known him for a very long time.. He was a really friendly person.. I worked with him at Hrnaks Flowerland for a lot of years... Larry was a dear friend and mentor to me since I was 15 years old. Definitely someone to have looked up to in my police career. He will be truly missed as the guy in charge at the noon gatherings at the Delta Restaurant. RIP my friend. Mike Halasi, Green Bay.
I served with Larry all the time I was on the OPD , He was a great guy to work with . I graduated High School with him in 1960 , and we had most things in common !
I consider him a great friend ,a great guy and an all around good guy !
