When I moved into my house on Michigan St, Lorraine was quick to introduce herself to my son and I and welcome us to the neighborhood. I enjoyed our times sitting outside with Mrs Jungworth and her. She enjoyed handing out bags of treats at Halloween and since I worked with young children she'd give me the leftovers for them. After Bob passed away, when my grandchildren got a little older, they helped her in the yard. I like to bake at Christmas, so I always made up a cookie plate for her, even after she moved into assisted living. She was a good neighbor. I didn't get to visit her often after she moved, but we'd talk on the phone about the neighborhood and all the changes. She'll be missed.
