Mary M. Shipman, age 58, of Oshkosh passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on Saturday morning, January 16, 2016. She was born in Milwaukee, WI on May 20, 1957 the daughter of Charles and Dolores (Frisch) M Read Obituary
So sorry to hear about Mary's passing. I would have liked to make the funeral but was out of town. Mary was a wonderful, kind and caring volunteer at Mercy Medical Center from Nov. of 2014 until she became ill. She made a positive impression on everyone she met. She was always a loving and understanding woman.. Warmest of smiles and loved her family and friends! Biggest of hugs to you Mary (you always gave the best hugs)! You will be forever missed but never forgotten and always loved.

I remember so many stories that Mary would share as we talked outside over the years. She always had a big smile and never a cross word to say about anyone or anything. I will miss her laughter, smiles, and stories.
I had the privilege of meeting Mary when we were both very young. We shared everything as young brides and new moms. She was my sister-in-law by marriage, but my friend by choice. We spent hours talking about important things and silly things, and both were equally enjoyed. My only regret is letting so much time slip by and not letting her know how much sh meant to me. Mary, you're missed, that goes without saying, you're loved, ditto on that, and you will always be a part of those you leave behind and I hope you also know that. Fly high....tell we meet again.

To my amazing Aunt Mary and family...it saddens me to lose another angel taken from us, how her enthusiasm would light up a room and her smile would decorate it. All the great memories I have had over the years sharing with her and my uncle Goob, and Joe...from when Crunchy first came home, going to WI as a young girl and visiting with Nana Melms and Uncle Bill..spending the night often, her great cooking.....the could go forever,but most of her toasty hugs and big heart she had for everyone.
