Mary M. Shipman's Obituary
Mary M. Shipman, age 58, of Oshkosh passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on Saturday morning, January 16, 2016. She was born in Milwaukee, WI on May 20, 1957 the daughter of Charles and Dolores (Frisch) Melms. Mary married John Linden Shipman on June 20, 1976 in Scottsdale, AZ. Mary is survived by her husband John Linden Shipman of Oshkosh. One son; Joseph (Carrie) Shipman of Oshkosh and one daughter; Mariah Shipman of Oshkosh. One brother; William Melms of Milwaukee, WI. One sister; Christine (David) Melms-Simon of Oshkosh. Two grandchildren; Kyra and Kyndall Shipman of Oshkosh. One nephew; Christopher Simon of Orlando, FL. Many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Memorial services will be held on Friday, January 22, 2016 at 7pm at the Fiss & Bills Funeral Home at 865 S. Westhaven Drive. Oshkosh, WI 54904. Rev. Alan Cleveland will officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 4pm until the time of service. In Lieu of flowers Mary's family has asked that memorials be directed to the, Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic at 855 N. Westhaven Drive. Oshkosh, WI 54904. "Big Toasty Hugs". "To Be Continued".
