Michael H Reichenberger's Obituary
Michael H. Reichenberger, age 71, of Oshkosh, passed away on Monday, March 5, 2018 at the Mercy Medical Center with his children by his side. He was born on December 12, 1946 to Harold and Mabel (Dushenski) Reichenberger. Mike was a 1965 graduate of Lourdes High School and a lifelong member of St. Peters Catholic Church. Mike was a Vietnam Veteran having served in the US Air Force. He proudly worked for the Oshkosh Corporation for 30 years. He enjoyed hunting with family and friends, watching the Packers and college football, especially Notre Dame. He also enjoyed movies, good food, laughter and time spent with family and friends. Michael is survived by a son, David (Ann) Reichenberger, a daughter, Lisa (Rob) Kallas; sisters, Pam Reichenberger, Pat Reichenberger and Peggy Enzinger, a stepmother, Carol Reichenberger, grandchildren, Rachel and Dakota Kallas, Zachary and Isaac Reichenberger, along with much loved nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Michael on Friday, March 9, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.in the Most Blessed Sacrament Parish, St. Peter Catholic Church, 435 High Ave. in Oshkosh with the Rev. Jerome Pastors as celebrant. A time of visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Mercy Medical Center and the Michael D. Wachtel Cancer Center for their care.
