I was blessed to live down the street from the Counts family. The huge tree in their yard and the creek in their backyard were the gathering place for all the neighborhood kids. As an adult I look back on those awesome memories and marvel at the patience Mr. and Mrs. Counts had with so many kids hanging out for long hours until the bell rang and it was time to go home. Thank you for the memories and be at peace Mr. Counts.
We have many, many fond memories of fun time with the Counts family and the Summer Haven! Mac Island will always be my favorite...you know the one. ⚓ Ahh, the good ol' days. Love to all of you. Rest in Peace, Mr. Counts.
